Returns & Customer Service
We draw your attention to the fact that before signing the delivery receipt of the carrier, you must check the condition of the Products at the time of delivery.
In case of abnormal delivery, you must indicate it on the delivery note, in the form of handwritten reservations (anomaly, damaged product…) accompanied by your signature. You must also confirm these reservations to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, within three working days following receipt of the product(s). You must transmit a copy of this confirmation to: SERVICE CLIENTS BIO HABITAT - U2 - Rue Charles Tellier ZI de la Folie - CS 50001 85310 LA CHAIZE LE VICOMTE.
Defective delivered Products must be returned to the address indicated above within fifteen working days following delivery. The Product must be returned, as far as possible, in its original condition (packaging, instructions…).
Any claim made outside the aforementioned deadlines cannot be accepted.
Delivery is deemed to have been made at our factories upon arrival on land. Goods travel at the customer's risk and peril, regardless of the mode of transport, whether FOB or collect. The Customer obligates itself to contract an insurance policy benefiting us and covering, in particular, the risks of deterioration, total or partial destruction, loss or theft of Products until full payment of their price and remains its own insurer in case of any insufficient guarantees.
A delivery note is signed on the date of removal of the Products, while they are still on land, the Customer taking personal responsibility for handling, transport and subscribing to the required insurance from that point on.
It is the Customer's responsibility to make the necessary reservations and to exercise any possible recourse against the transporters.
The same applies to all customs operations, unloading, unpacking, and setting up.
Intervention and Warranty
The warranty is strictly limited to replacing the incriminated Product recognized as defective by Bio Habitat's technical services and without any compensation. The replaced parts benefit from the same warranty period as the original parts, the intervention note from after-sales service being proof. Restrictions: Damages resulting from the Customer's actions or a third party, misuse or improper handling of a Product are excluded from the warranty. To benefit from the contractual warranty, the Customer must notify Bio Habitat in writing of any defect or vice, in a precise and motivated manner, within fifteen days of its discovery. During the contractual warranty period, the Customer can call the telephone assistance at number 02 28 14 03 33
